You will join a small, supportive circle for immersive instruction in the foundational elements of tea meditation. Together, we will explore the structure and rhythm of the practice, the mechanics of bowl tea preparation, and the intentional use of teas and teaware to cultivate presence.

 

This cohort is designed to help you establish your own personal tea ritual—one that integrates mindfulness into daily life and deepens your relationship with nature, breath, and self. No prior experience is necessary—just a willingness to slow down and listen.

Join us for a open tea sit—an invitation to return to your practice in the company of others. These quiet, communal gatherings are designed to support consistency, deepen presence, and offer the subtle joy of shared stillness.

 

Whether you’re new to tea meditation or cultivating an ongoing ritual, the open sit provides gentle accountability and a sense of belonging. We come together in silence, each preparing and serving tea in our own space, yet connected by intention and rhythm. There is no formal instruction for these sits

For groups, tea becomes a shared ritual—a quiet and grounding experience ideal for wellness gatherings, intimate celebrations, or spiritual circles.

 

These sessions are also a powerful offering for corporate offsites or team retreats, providing a restorative pause amidst high-output environments. Tea meditation encourages presence, focus, and relational awareness, helping teams reset and return with greater clarity and cohesion.
