Open Online Tea Ceremony
This is an open online tea ceremony, a virtual gathering, where participants come together to experience tea meditation in community.
Preparation: Please set up your tea, hot water source, and quiet space for the ceremony.
Guidance: There will be no instructions during these sits. Please reach out to us if you would like to learn more about mechanics of tea ceremony or inquire about one of the instructional tea cohorts.
Sharing: Participants encouraged share their experiences and insights post meditation
