Shadow Journey is a grounding, gently activating blend designed to support inner exploration and emotional alchemy. At its core is aged shou pu-erh, rich and earthen, a tea long revered for its ability to root the spirit and connect us to ancestral memory.  Artemisia vulgaris and Centaurea cyanus accompany the rootedness into liminal dream space.

Shadow Journey holds space for the slow, brave work of integration, welcoming the shadow not as something to fix, but as part of the whole. A ritual of return, where nothing within you is exiled.
