His men’s work, ranging from immersive retreats and ongoing circles to one-on-one coaching is designed to cultivate vulnerability, self-leadership, and meaning-centered legacy.

A devoted practitioner of tea meditation, John approaches tea as both a personal spiritual practice and a shared ritual that deepens presence, listening, and connection. Whether facilitating strategic offsites or guiding transformative men’s work, his approach blends rigorous skill with deep compassion, inviting transformation not just through discipline, but through devotion to one’s inner journey.

Tea Meditation Weekend:
Clarity. Presence. Inner Knowing.

Step away from the noise and into a space of deep stillness.

In this immersive two-day workshop, you’ll learn to quiet the mind, sharpen focus, and access your inner wisdom using the ancient art of tea meditation.

Designed for professionals seeking clarity and resilience, this experience blends meditative ritual, guided reflection, and practical tools to bring lasting calm and insight into your daily life.

In the quiet pouring of tea, the mind begins to settle. The steam rising from the cup becomes a mirror, reflecting the deeper layers of our being. This is more than a tea ceremony.  It is a practice of returning to yourself.

Tea becomes our teacher, a portal to our deepest inner wisdom.

Every leaf a lesson in patience, every pour a gesture of devotion, every sip an invitation to trust what is already within you.

No prior meditation or tea experience is needed. Simply bring your curiosity, your breath, and your willingness to slow down.
